Jamie is a Heating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) industry expert, with over 30 years of industry experience. The combination of honest, individualized service and industry experience allows Jamie to fulfill your needs as a customer. He was raised in Lakeland, Florida and retired from Publix after 14 years of servicing and maintaining the air conditioning and refrigeration for their corporate buildings.

His passions outside of the office include spending time with his family, boating and grilling.

Brinton Rylott Administrator

Brinton was raised in Lakeland, Fl and attended Polk State College; there he was awarded his Bachelor of Business Administration degree. He’s been office manager since 2015. Where he enjoys utilizing his college education skills as a Small Business Administrator. Brinton handles our day-to-day office duties along with the dispatching, scheduling, billing and leading the charge for J. Molnar Heating & Cooling in top-level customer service. He takes much pride in the service he provides.
